Carl Millar Secures Acquittal In Failing To Provide Case At Stockport
The client, Miss C, had appeared before Stockport Magistrates’ Court charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath. The case took 2 tacks, 1. that her alleged refusal was not intact a refusal but an indication of compliance, and 2. the prosecution had not complied with previous orders for disclosure.
After Carl had made robust submissions on both parts, the court found in favour of Miss C and the case was dismissed.
